Hey friends, it looks like it’s another Monday, and it has been a while since we did one of these, so we figured it was time. We have somehow been doing a lot, yet doing nothing at the same time. It’s weird, but that makes sense these days. We have been cooking lots of new and crazy food, including shrimp based dishes (look forward to those recipes). The garden is proceeding nicely, and we are starting to get sick of pickles (cucumbers) and squash. We look forward to our popcorn and peppers.
